nEED SUGGESTION OR OUTSOURCING

We are a Sign comany and have Manufacturer needing decals made, no problem....but they are for a stop sign, 30" x 30" reflective with red transparent ink....heres the hitch, it wont be attached to metal, its a senthetic material, cant discuss what it is due to a contrat we signed.

Looking to outsourse:

white reflective vinyl with transperant red ink
30 x 30"
First order 500 pieces, if there accepted, anpthe 50,000 over a few months.



The only think we considered is die cut or cotour cut for a roll the shape of the reflective, then screen print over that, any other suggestion would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

In the traffic sign busines these are called a "sign face".

Any of the big traffic sign companies can do these.

Zumar, Vulcan Sign, Lyle Signs, Newman Signs, Safeway Sign, etc.

Thank you for the suggestion and the name, we have done alot of these in different ways, but in cut vinyl and on aluminum.
