New CA regulations benefitting sign makers

Anyone in CA run into farm labor contractors with this new regulation? We may have struck gold here, but are still trying to work out the kinks for a durable, portable, 4x4' sign besides us creating a stand or frame out of 2x4's as we are receiving orders asking for 20-40 at a time from multiple companies.

I haven't run into any of this yet. Made a lot of signs that meat these req. maybe just didn't know they were for this.
