New help with application tape dispenser!

Alright I have been looking for ann application tape dispenser and cant seem to find one that will work for us. I have seen the WEBERmade and they do not allow for rolls larger than 48" (ie. printed banner, vinyl rolls) I am looking for like the attached image. If anyone can help that would be great. Thanks in advance...

Yes for larger rolls Im more looking for this holder to hold the large rolls of banners that we print before cutting... again any ideas would be great.
