New Q4 High Speed Profile available for VJ 1624

According to Mutoh's quick reference printing mode chart, Q4 High Speed (720x1440) is supposed to print faster than Graphics 2 (720x720) - so better quality at a slightly faster speed.


Problem was, Mutoh didn't have a profile for Q4 High Speed. Well they do now:
