Hello beautiful people.
I need some help, becouse im new to FlexCut with Summa S2 Class T160, and i might have some troubles with the process.

We are a big shop, we cover entire Romanian Country and we want to implement FlexCut . We do the graphic in illustrator, we use RipCenter, Cut-Server from RipCenter , we print on Epson S80610 UltraChrome GS3 ink. We do the cutcountur for normal sticker on Matte, Glossy, Transparent, Holographic . For Matte , Glossy and Transparent we use Orafol - Orajet 3164M/G. I want to understand the steps to do the FlexCut . First of all - Some stickers we want to have CutCountur and FlexCut in the same graphic. If i print one raw 10 pieces , everything is PERFECT . But if i want to print 1sqm or 2sqm, everything change. The same setup fro FlexPressure , Leght Pressure from one raw with 10 peices, doesnt work anymore. I have the flexcut partialy .
Where i do the mistake? I need to use FlexCut option from Summa, or from Summa Cutter Control, or from Cut-Server?
What is exactly - Flex Presure and Flex Lenght Presure ? What are those mm measurment ?

Kind regards,

Alexandru Tudor.

Flex Pressure is the cutting depth up to the backing paper, usually the same as your cutting strength.

Flex Length Pressure is the offset from the cut. The lower the value, the longer the cut will be. Try 0.5mm – this way, you won’t feel any edges on the sticker.
