New to Grommets / Eyelets

Hi there, I'm interested in getting a grommet machine mainly to do banner material and polyprop for x-stands. However I'd also like something that can do 3mm and 5mm corflute.

What are your experiences and suggestions? What is a reasonable price to pay for something that will last and not break after a couple of holes. I am seeing a lot of things on ebay, are these reliable?

$200-250 for a new hiker or stimson press. Maybe $50 used.

Hi thanks for the info. Wonder if I can get those down under... am in Sydney... might look up to see if they ship overseas... the dollar isn't too bad at the moment

By the way, is there a standard hole diameter used in the industry?

I use the #2 size... The presses can accomodate many different die sizes.
