Hello all at :signs101:. I look forward to learning and discussing many things with you. Thanks for welcoming me into the group!
One main question I had is...
My boss really wants us to start creating cutting edge vehicle wraps such as this:

In my past sign experience I know we used Photoshop plug-ins such as Xenofex and Alien Skin to create fire, crackles and peeling effects...amongst other interesting effects. Does anyone have any recommendations that will work with the Adobe CS5 suite?

Cutting edge design is not something you can just buy a plug in for. Those designs are good not because of a special effect. They're good because the guy designing them knew what he was doing. Great designers are few and far between. And when you run across one, their work speaks volumes at first sight.

Welcome aboard. But don't get sucked into the mindset that the good stuff is because of a program.

Also noticed, every design's just a mock-up, not actual installs

Welcome to a outstanding Signs 101 and people.

Note from what I've seen in photos although many are are good, mock ups indeed, how many sold is another story, one I notice is from Orlando and knows that company does not even have a truck and what printed stuff they did have is all faded out so bad it is slowly being replaced by simple vinyl graphics.
