Nissan NV rubber seam

When wrapping a Nissan NV, what do you guys do at that little rubber seam on the side? Do you go over it? Do you apply primer to it, or do you cut on either side of it?

Trim it. We wrap right over, Cut right down the middle, tuck vinyl on left and right side. If you don't trim it and wrap over, water will roll off from the roof , behind the wrap and down the seam creating a water bubble on the lower part of your wrap.[HASHTAG]#truestory[/HASHTAG]

Same on Ford Transit, never leave vinyl bridging over any spot on vehicle.
