No color printing

I own a Mutoh Outdoor Jr. and recently changed out the pump, capping station and color head.
I entered the new rank for the head, re adjusted the paremeters, everything seems to be fine except for the color.

I checked fuse #1 (The right side one Ithink it's the color head?) and it's not checking out with the olm meter. Can you jump this fuse out to be sure?

Our tech bypassed this fuse on our old JR. and we ran it for months like that. Probably not recommended...but it worked

How did he bypass? jump the fuse from the front of the board?
