No Ink Mutoh Falcon Outdoor Jr.

I went to print last night and no color cam through. So I looked at the dampers and their full. I haven't used it in a week or two so i decided to do a head wash. After that still nothing. So I made sure once again there was ink in the dampers and there is. I have ran 10-15 cleans on both black and color and still nothing. Can someone please help me out?

This has been talked about many time here. Do a search for head fuse Mutoh. I bet that's what it is.

I am assuming that the setup is simular to the falcon outdoor. Soak the head with cleaning fuid. Pull the covers, do a clean and see if you have ink going into the waste bottle. Put a sirenge on the tubes at the waste bottle and gently pull to see if you get ink to pull thru.

A voltage over current. That's what fuses are for. They protect the equipment.

Do you get ink flow (or bubbles) out of the waste lines while running a cleaning cycle?

Not that i can tell. There is nothing coming through the waste lines.

You might need to hold the head all the way right with the power off. Then pull on the ink lines.

Ok so if i do that and get ink what next? That is if it still doesn't print?

If drain lines are blocked as they asked above then you need to flush them clear.

I don't have a Mutoh but if you have a capping station similar to the old Rolands, remove the drain lines that run from the capping station to the drain bottle. Force some cleaning fluid through the line into the drain bottle with a syringe. Do both lines or however many lines you have to the drain bottle. Then do a couple cleanings to recharge the heads.
