non-OEM printhead for Mutoh

Anyone have any luck with non-OEM printheads??
I need on for a 1604 Valuejet and dont know which direction to go.

but no one with a vj seems to have used them for the DX5 head.

I'm curious to know as well since the savings would be huge.

I never had good experience with non OEM parts. I purchased some aftermarket heads for my FOjr. And it was just wasted time and money, not to mention potential performance and reliability issues.

When it comes to Print heads,
Pay the extra $ and get you a genuine head.
