That looks like the bulletin boards in every school in America back in the 50's and 60's..... even into the 70's a little. We were taught where to go and what to do in case of a nuclear attack.
That was a real fear back then. We all dreaded hiding our heads under desks to keep falloff off of us. Little did we know how close it came a few times. Luckily we had some smart people in control on both sides and that fear was terminated. Until now, you get the new kids on the block that don't seem to have a real feel for life. Kinda like the gangstas around our neighborhoods. It must be cool or sumptin' to be able to play 'King of the Hill' for keeps......... and really have nothing to back it up.
