NOT a minefield price question....

Making America great, one sign at a time.
OKAY.
So, i have been leaning on my 2010 "official" sign contractors pricing guide because it works for me and have noticed something very interesting...

1. when pricing "vinyl letters" from page 72, the price is "A"
2. when pricing the same thing, but "installed" as on page 73, the price comes waaaay to close to "A"

observation.
install prices here are not taxed. the pricing tier in this book does not reflect that. i have to separate my pricing accordingly.
why does this book show the same formula end result?

You do know it is 2014....NOT 2010. It is just a guide, adjust all prices to fit your shop needs. Installation will be different on just about every job anyways.

the pricing on there is very misleading. Be careful.

SignCraft Pricing Guide

I just got a subscription to SignCraft and got the pricing guide in the mail last week. I am curious how others feel about the pricing shown in it. Is it a realistic guide? If so, I REALLY need to raise my prices...
