Why no courtesy call to verify the appointment? With three installers on the road for a 3 hour trip, calling the customer beforehand would have saved you a lot of headache.
Dealing with corporate contacts, not the manager of the warehouse. This is a GOOD customer, so we unhappily ate the expense. The job got done in the evening instead and the installers got to come back on the correct day.
