Nothing prints?

Hey guys, Got my Falcon Outdoor and just put the ink cassettes in and tried running an ink fill and a powerful clean and I can't get this thing to print a test print. I am guessing that the ink is not getting to the heads? The lines were flushed out before it was shipped to me.
Any suggestions?

OK so I calmed down a little and did a search (which I should have done in the first place) and found this post: http://www.signs101.com/forums/showthread.php?t=38830

Thanks! Now I just need to get this thing to print clean for me. When I print the test patterns it is broken up and streaky. I ran a few of the "powerful cleanings" but still no luck. any suggestions on that?
