NW US Merritt type company

I was wondering if there is a Merritt Graphics type of company is the Northwest US. Shipping to BC in Canada may make the eastern Merritt graphics chain noncompetitive price wise for us. I'm looking for pricing on a number of products, from letterhead to envelopes, huge banners, cards, pens, and other promo items. Any help would be appreciated, thanks for your resposes.

Some stuff is duty exempt if its made in the US isn't it. Canadian prices are double what the US market is at. Haven't really found comparable Canadian pricing
