Oce Arizona Lamp Error

Find Fireware cable and just baypass this in IGUS chain. It is easy. And check the ballasts fans.
If lamps starts and during the print stop, check ballast fans and the big cable with blue connectors.

im have try to swap the blue conector in ballast.. error stil in right uv lamp,,
the ballast fans is working ..

Now cross the ballast cables and cross also the cables on lamps. The idea is to check the cables.
Will need to remove the metal bracket's. One of this two cables is too short.
May be you have defective cable. Happens when the printer is old.
Mark cables before if the labels missing.

gonna try it,,, yesterday the machine is working for half day .. completely normal ...

Sounds like cable problem or connector. Who knows. Must stop to find a problem. But this is important! The two fans in ballasts must work.
The ballast's cost a lot of money.

we dont know this the problem or not.. but after we change the pcb data relay .. this machine can work normally ... luckly we have 1 board from another ex machinee

This small PCB is the core of the printer. I hear something lile that for first time afyer 15 years with this printers, but who knows.

You can use this board in another 350, 360 printer. The printer will record the back up from HDD.

thank you for your advice too... its help us to think what we need to do... maybe next time still need your advice for another problem,,, hehe
