Odd question. Anyway to generate a flat VDP illustrator file?

I have an EFI Rastek that I'm going to print a bunch of variable data decals on. However, I need these perf cut. I have a graphtec that will perf cut, but I need to put the registration marks to do so on the illustrator file before printing it. When I take my multipage PDF file I made with in-design into Fiery everything looks great. However, I still need to add registration marks for the graphtec (via cut mastter 3 illustrator plugin). Is there a way to compile my VDP in illustrator as a single file so that I can add registration marks THEN print it?

Or i guess the other option would be to generate a VDP pdf WITHIN illustrator, but I dont see how thats possible either.
