Old truck wrap

What do you guys do when you get a wrap job on an old rusty van. The van has rust along the edges well the start of rust, you know flaked paint, raised paint. I told the customer it will look like it looks, can't fix the body imperfections, rust, scratches, and pits. Can anything be done where the rust paint flakes are to help adhesion. I way over bid the job hoping it would be someone else's nightmare. And I got it, shipt??????

Ask him about his expectations before you start.
Take lots of pictures and note all problem areas and have him sign off. If you ever have to redo part of it, well you know the drill.
