Online Customer Tool - has anyone seen this before?

I stumbled across this online....looks like a great tool to add to my website, but I'm not sure who supplies the software plugin?

BIG EASY DOES IT

Looks like proprietary software probably developed just for those two companies and this joint venture called Commercial Curb Appeal. You won't find it. But you could take it and have someone build something like it for you.
