Only ready half the width of media

OK, my computer took a crap today and now my flexi settings are all screwed up and I can not get it figured out. My media is 30" wide and I am trying to print something 24" wide. Will not print on the last 4 or so inches of media. What am I over looking? Media is set to 30" in production manager, poster is printing on far right of media (like it should be). Pulling my hair out right now and Im sure it is something stupid I am over looking

I thought it might have been flexi but I noticed when I loaded new media printhead only cover half of media on initial head set. Is there a eye that is reaing my media size wrong?

media is, The Falcon sucks the media back into printer no matter how far you run it out. Tried it over and over again, cleaning everything I know of.

Which type of Falcon?

Front media exit sensor might getting to much light.
Is the top cover closed when your loading the media and it returns the media to the rear?

On the bottom of the carriage there is a sensor that reads the paper withd when ever media is loaded and the lever is put down.

Or your panel setting for roll/sheet might have been changed.
