Need Help Onyx 10 with Mutoh VJ 1614 - converting error

hi,
we bought mutoh VJ 1614 secondhand. all it's ok in FLEXI 10 (it's printing!)
with onyx, when we hit PRINT NOW, the printer displays: CONVERTING and doesn't print anything. just stays with this message.
what it's the problem?

Could be anything. Are your media sizes set right?

the media sizes are frome profiles.
and the machine it's reading initial media size

Have you ripped from Onyx to any other printers?

It might also be a button on the actual printer. For our Mimaki, if it wasn't set to "remote" nothing would happen.
