Onyx 19 Default Print Size

I'm having an issue where there is a .06" bleed margin added to all files. This means that a 24" print ends up ripping at 24.13". Where do I go to fix this? I've searched all over.

It's most likely inside the quick set under Advanced>Bleed.

I think I've got it narrowed down. Pretty sure I managed to change my default media profile. No idea how to fix it.
