Onyx and Summa barcodes

Has anyone using Onyx to create the barcodes and Cut Server to create the cut files had the issue where the leading number on the Cutfile is moved to the end of the barcode number? Just getting this installed and everything works except this. Obviously the Summa says it can't find the file it wants from the barcode....

Any ideas? Onyx Thrive 12.2
