onyx glitch issues

after a resent reinstall of onyx thrive we are having issues where when a job is processed in job editor any edits made don't save.
for example when I crop an image it will go back to its original size. if I apply any color correction it doesn't show in the file when it is loaded back into the rip.
any one else experienced any thin g like this?

Have you cleared out your work folder?

Set it to run always as admin?

I just had a similar issue... It went away after I hit the update license button - it said no updates were installed, but Onyx started working properly again.

Which version of onyx thrive have you re-installed on which operating system?

Could be a problem with access rights. Try to start as administrator.
