Onyx - Issues with double sided printing

I have recently started having issues with double sided jobs in Onyx. First Jobs would remain in the queue after being complete and I have not been able to get them to delete out and they remain even after I cleared my work folders. Now Onyx has quit displaying the active job that is not on hold, it shows it on the right panel of the but I have no ability to put a job back on hold if takes itself off of hold and is not the file I need to print next. In addition to this fun, the back side files are no displaying when generated, sometimes they display and show up when I toggle to print to file in an effort to generate a new back file, and when I set the printer back up to print the files again disappear.

I started having the issues with 22.5 with just the jobs not clearing, then ran into the other issue after I installed 24 so I went back to using my still installed 22.5 and ran into it there. I have a customer support agreement, but it seems they never solve the issues I call in about and at best they will show me a work around or a different way to get the work set up to get it to print.

Of course the issues pop up when I am at my busiest.

Which version of Windows are you currently running?
In the C:\ONYXThrive24\Work folder is a list of your printers. Is it a specific printer that is affected or it happens to all? In that folder are your working files. Each print job has 3 files associated with it. One of the 3 files will have an extension .buffered, .waitprint or . busy. When a file is stuck, what is the file extension?
