Onyx Production House 19

I recently had a drive fail that was running Onyx 19 on Windows 7. I did a fresh install of Windows 10 on a new drive and used the install files I had from the previous version of Windows. When running the RIP Queue, I'm getting all kinds of I/O errors and it's not letting me send files to the printer. When I check the Onyx website they don't have install files that go back that far. When I contacted support they were no help. I was wondering if any one on here happened to have the install files to share with me. I'd appreciate the help.

Not sure it helps, You might want to run the install as Administrator, and Start the program at first as admin as well. Communication error is an other thing. Have you Installed the printer driver or set the network correctly? have you managed to get the Profiles?

Onyx 19 install file wont be hard to get. your issue is going to be printer profiles for onyx 19....

What printers are you running?
I have the install files for 19, but they don't seem to work right. I downloaded them when I was using Windows 7 and now I'm on Windows 10. I have all of the printer install files also. We have a AGFA Jeti 1224 HDC and AGFA Titan HS

When I first did the install, everything was working correctly. Then all of a sudden the I/O errors started happening. I had all of the quick sets and profiles backed up, so I was able to import those without any issues. I'll try reinstalling as admin and see if that changes anything.
