Opaque white vinyl with clear adhesive?

Is there a white vinyl that is opaque without the grey or black adhesive?

Specs are for 2nd surface white opaque reverse cut, so the adhesive has to be clear.

I must be missing something here?

There should be plenty. Most cut vinyl has clear adhesive and many printable ones do as well.

My mistake by not adding that it's backlit with an led panel. We have 651 etc but it's not really opaque.

blue type to light up with white background, but what's throwing me is 100% opaque white 2nd surface.

3m 3635-22b - is blockout vinyl - white on adhesive side, black on 'face' side

or just lam white to white then cut to make it extra opaque
