Oracal 970ra by the yard?

Is there anywhere that sells the 970ra by the yard? Seems a shame to buy 25yd of the stuff and only use about 6yds at the most. Looking for the traffic blue.

I have bought black by the yard from fellers but not sure if they sell the blue by the yard
