VectorArt.com has tons of these types of images. The problem with dealing with them is that there isn't any way to describe them very well for searching by keyword.

There are a lot of fonts out there that are flourishes like these. http://www.dafont.com/theme.php?cat=710

Be careful - a lot of those fonts are crap when you blow them up at all. Bad joins, jaggy lines - just not well designed fonts. Steve has some nice ones here that are good quality.
