Outdoor canopy supplier request: Orbus vs anyone else

Hello,

Recently sold a few Orbus Outdoor Canopy tents. A few uses in and the customer sends these photos of terrible wear and tear. Orbus is not responding to our request for at least reprint.
Does anyone have another recommend supplier that doesn't use the canvas tops (like orbus) and knows if they fit the Orbus frames? I know that Showdown probably does but each canopy print is 2x as much. (guess we get what we paid for).

I use allforsigns.com for those canopy’s and they’re easy to work with. I have them add gussets in the corners though, it adds a lot of protection for a little bit extra protection in the corners

We sell a lot of tents but we don't resell tops. It's actually hard to resell tops to fit other brands frames as a lot of the frames vary slightly.

-how old are those tops? They might just be at that point where you need to replace them. If it were my customer I'd try to guide them into a discounted reprint or something and just advise them that over time the tops do wear out.
-the ink almost looks like it's rubbing off. Does Orbus UV print their tops? If they do you might want to switch to someone who Sublimates them.
