Oversized substrates

Alupanel, PVC, coroplast and other common substrates we use generally have a 4ft size limit (sometimes 5ft are available). Is it possible to get any of these in larger sizes like 6ft x 6ft or larger, or what alternative substrates can be used for extra large signs?

Currently, I have a customer who needs a 6ft x 6ft sign and alupanel or something similar would be preferable. Any ideas?

I think you can get Lexan in larger sizes

Yeah lexan is pretty much it.

We put up 7ft x 8ft ads in our local Civic Center, and they insist on seamless.
wish I had thought of using banner stretched over a frame way back, before we were locked into lexan...

1/8" & 1/4" Sintra PVC I can get as 80" x 120", but I would only use those indoor.
