Packing a Gerber Edge for Shipment

Does anyone have or know where to find the document "Packing and Unpacking to Prevent Damage" so I can ship a Gerber Edge LE properly?

Every document on Gerber's website refers to this document, which for the life of me I can't find. Couldn't they just have added a page to the owner's manual? I've been looking for more than an hour.

I have all the packing materials, I just don't know what to do with them.

If anyone knows how to do this or where to find the document, please let me know.
