Paper Drilling Vinyl

We're looking at purchasing a paper drill to drill holes into stickers for swing tags etc.

Has anyone tried it and does drilling through the vinyl work?

I can't imagine it would work, though I've never tried it. The drills have a hard time just contending with toner, nevermind vinyl. If no one else can help you, tomorrow I'll try it and report back to you.

I have a Challenger paper drill- we machined an adapter to hold an
end mill instead of the hollow bit. Works well... except the motor runs
the wrong way, so the mill has to be a reverse ground.
