Paper printing?

Does anyone have any recommendations for paper printing? Looking to have a size printed off around 19x24 or a standard 18x24 and I'm unsure if it would be better to discuss with a screen printer. Not in a big hurry but need something around a thickness of 0.014 or more. Can be either black and white or two/three color. Do we have any merchants here that could do this?
