Part broke

This part broke. It's a vinyl express Q60. The metal bracket that is attached to the arm that slides between the sensor show it is in position.

Anyone where to purchase part?

Graphtec or SW. Pretty sure the SW Vinyl Express Q series are re-branded Graphtec FC8000's.

Graphtec would IMO be much more helpful and able to get you back up and running asap.
