We have a Mutoh 628 X that we purchased a few years back to get our feet "wet" in the digital printing world. (Cut vinyl for years). We are now purchasing a larger machine this week, but want to use the small Mutoh for decals etc. Does anyone know where 1. we can get parts for it and 2. where we can get a tech to give it a good check-up.? Our tech in Central Florida is no longer in the area and since we are not really going to use this that much, we are hoping that we could do a little bit of needed maintenance on it ourselves.

Check out our site for parts. We don't have every part for that model listed on the site yet but we can have virtually any part for that model shipped directly from Mutoh to you. We also help you troubleshoot the printer for free.

Thanks. I will check it out. I am guessing that the first parts to replace would be the maintenance station and dampers. We also need a new orange wheel for raising and lowering rollers.
