Perf Cutting Lower the blade or increase force?

Which is more effective if the perf isn't cutting out all the way?
twisting the top to lower the blade or just increasing force?

Increase force and lower speed. Use 60 degree m series cleancut blades for
thick material...can cut magnetic+reflective+lam with contour cut and perf cut combined.
Have to modify a roll feed cutter...but works if you don' t have a flatbed.
