Phototex scratching off on latex 360/570

I'm trying to profile phototex opaque on my latex machines but i just can't get it to cure without easily being able to scratch it off, I'm using GMG software so cannot import a profile like you do on onyx/caldera.
anyone got any ideas that will work for the heat, optimiser etc?

Sounds like your using the Aqueous version of PhotoTex.

Actually the watebase versions work the best and let me try to send a profile for your rip email me at walterjr@phototexgroup.com we print on our L360 everyday as all the samples come off the L360 from us.
