We have a Mimaki jv300-160 plus. And I am getting marks from the pinch rollers. The worst is 3m ij180 and ij175. I have printed ij180 before with no problems. Avery 1105 prints fine with no marks. I've turned heat down to 35 35 50. I had enough of rollers to change half of them. Every set of rollers leaves marks. Nothing helps.Any help is appreciated.

Pinch roller marks

Check what the humidity is in your shop. Looks like it could be static charge building up from the pinch wheels. If your humidity is below 40% this is a likely cause. The lower the humidity is, the stronger the static charge will be. Different medias will react differently to this.

Are you running pinch rollers all at high pressure? You can adjust them in the setup.
Mine are usually on high, but when I have issues I'll change them. Mimaki's give lots of options to play with.
Heater temps and humidity can contribute too. We've been way below zero for several days now, humidity is soooo low in those conditions (was 11% in the shop this morning), it's always more of a struggle in winter.
