Piranha accident

I have seen many Hollywood B movie portrayals of a Piranha attack, but this is the first real life incident I have ever seen the results of.

I just couldn't believe my eyes when I saw these images, during my 18 months in Vietnam I saw some really horrific sights and some badly mutilated bodies, but never anything like what happened to this poor guy, and to think he was alive when the piranhas started eating at him....
