Plastic Stencils?

Hello Everyone!

I am one of the worker bees for a local sign shop and am trying to think of ways to increase my company's revenue. One of the requests that we get and are unable to supply are for hard, reusable stencils. We tried using our engraver once, but it caused too much wear and tear on our bits and our bed size is too small for most projects our clients have asked about. Do any of you create plastic stencils? Mind if I ask what type of machine and material you use?

We make plenty of traffic stencils. We use our Gerber Sabre 408 router and 1/8" HDPE

Better to find a wholesaler and mark them up till you see if there is enough demand.
