Please help identify

Hi everyone. I have come across another font that someone wants to use. I'm looking to identify
the "K&S" font and the "CONCRETE" font. I have looked through all my fonts, and have a couple that
are close. But I would prefer to use the correct font. If someone could help, I would greatly appreciate it.

Looks to be a mix of different Clarendon widths and weights.
