Please help with Sticking Mutoh 1204 !

Hi everyone
When I send data to my printer it recieves it starts to click into print mode then stops. The heaters cool and the readout says printing but it stays stuck like that. To get it to respond again I have to unplug it and re-initialise. even when I do a test print from the valujet itself it sticks
can anyone PLEASE help !!
