Please Help!

I re-installed Onyx 7. I rip a job in layout, and it goes to the jobs ready to print queue. Everything seems fine, but when I click print, it acts like it's going to, but then sends the job into buffered jobs queue. The console says "Error - cannot start print". The red light on the printer does not flash at any time during this. The ip connection with the printer is good. What am I missing? All green lights to go - and then no. Seems like something simple is amiss.

This happens to me. For me I think its something with Vista. Since day one I have had to right click and resend job atleast 2 or 3 times right away in order for it to send. Haven't found a solution...

I wish I could get it to work even that well, even if just for now!

Make sure you are at 7.3.

You can verify your connection and printer by sending a pre-ripped file:

If this all works then you are back to the PC and RIP.

Thank you very much Randy! It turned out to be a simple error. I had the wrong port configuration! I didn't realize it until I was looking in Onyx to check the ip and port. Thanks!
