Need Help Plotter Stops Cutting

I’m having a problem with our TrueVIS VG2-540. VersaWorks 6.24.1 RIP software.

Printer/Plotter has an issue with contour cutting layouts it gets about 15-20% cut and then stops. I've tried different files and get the same problem.

Can anyone tell me what I might do to get this corrected?
