hello i cant use cut server for onyx and cut server for ultima to cut my file who have bar code and contour cutting , this is my stting what i must do ??

What kind of problem are you having?
What kind of errors?
Any error codes on the cutter?

Try to be specific, Onyx print and cut workflow is quite complicated, tell us what is the problem. Which part of the workflow is not working?

Ok, WHY can't you cut?


Are you getting any errors on the cutter display?

What happens when you try and cut?

What kind of registration marks are you using?
