PM Ignores Colours and Print Grey Only

I have to print and cut a two-tone brown tree. When I send it to PM to print it comes out grey. See pics of the Flexi and PM pages.

I probably hit a button somewhere but can't seem to sort this out.

Any thoughts?

What happens if you load the file directly into Production Manager?

have you checked how many nozzles are out on your printheads? i recently had a problem printing grays. they came out blue. turns out the printheads had nozzles out. but they were in warranty. try doing a color callibration as well.

Before I took FrankW's advise I re-built the file and was able to go from there. I did check the original file and couldn't source the issue. Ultimately dumped it figuring it was corrupted. I've had a few files like that this month.

All are fine, did a cleaning, etc. before starting another project. This was a problem at the computer end of things,
