Polling problems

We haven't been able to poll our S140T since we upgraded to Flexi 10, the problem occurred on a XP machine as well as one running Win7 64. SAi only sees the new computer since the old one crapped so they are blaming Summa drivers that don't support Win7 64. I can cut and use OPOS without any issue, just can't poll through Flexi.

Didn't know if there was anyone else running Flexi 10 who could or couldn't poll their Summa?
