POP Banner printing source

We don't print banners, but a client needs a source for short term pop banners to be changed every 2-3 months.
The client wants a solution to changing his in-store pop (4ftx4ft) signage that won't break the bank, but I'm not necessarily locked into banners.
We do not have an in-house printer capable of those sizes.
I will take any suggestions you folks might have, but please don't suggest I buy a printer. I'm disabled, and money for down payment on equipment is not available.

16 mil polypro would image nice, wouldn't curl, and would easily be rolled for shipping.
